Data Deletion Request

This page lets JobWin users request deletion of their JobWin account and associated app data without needing to sign in to the app. It applies to the JobWin web app, iOS app, Android app, and related mobile services operated by Runx Inc.

If your request involves a business workspace, we may need to verify that you are the account owner, workspace owner, administrator, or an authorized representative before deleting workspace-level data.

What can be deleted

Account profile information linked to your JobWin login.
Workspace data you own or are authorized to delete.
Mobile app data associated with your JobWin account.
Customer/contact records where deletion is legally and contractually permitted.
Connected integration tokens and related integration metadata.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records where required or permitted for legal compliance, tax and billing records, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, audit logs, backup integrity, or to enforce agreements. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until they are overwritten through normal retention cycles.
